Continuing its ongoing and significant period of growth and expansion, one of the North of England’s leading land and property consultancies, H&H Land Estates, has announced the opening of a new office in Hexham to support its growing demand for its services from  clients in Northumberland.

The new Hexham office will be based in offices in Burnside House Hexham Business Park, Hexham, NE46 3RU, alongside its sister company H&H Insurance Brokers.

“For H&H Land & Estates, who’s heritage is deep rooted in the northern rural economy, this expansion is a natural progression, so we are understandably delighted to be opening this new office in Hexham.”  Says Tim Sedgewick, Director at H&H Land & Estates, “In recent years, we have been supporting a growing number of clients in Northumberland, so now is the time to provide these clients with a base and being a busy market town, Hexham is one of the ideal centres.

“There are many current challenges and opportunities facing the rural sector, and our team of specialists will provide the highest levels of expertise and innovation to find the right solutions specific to each individual client.”

H&H Land & Estates has built a reputation for excellence across the north in supporting rural, farming, and landowning clients with a full spectrum of land agency matters, including valuations, development advice, sales and lettings, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms masts, and advice on farming and environmental schemes and issues, to name a few.  Following the recent opening of its Northallerton office, H&H Land & Estates now have a network of eight offices across the North of England.

In the current climate of uncertainty, it has never been more important for farmers and landowners to seek the best advice on the potentials and pitfalls of the new grants and funding options becoming available. The landscape is changing dramatically, and the rural sector, at all levels, is adjusting to a whole new approach with many considerations now expected.

In concluding Tim said: “Our combination of land management expertise and specialist environmental skills can play a key role in ensuring that our farmers and landowners understand the new landscape clearly and can make the most of the new opportunities it offers them and their land and property assets.  We will be holding an in-person event near Hexham soon which will cover off some of these new opportunities and considerations.”
