A Peterlee claims management company is in the running for a prestigious industry award.
Auxillis has been shortlisted once again for the North East Contact Centre of the Year Award.
For the fourth consecutive year, the team at Auxillis will battle it out for the top prize of North East Contact Centre of the Year (over 250 seats) facing formidable competition from NHS and Sky.
It’s been a demanding year for the 590 strong contact centre, with increased case and call volumes from customers of some the UK’s biggest insurers, brokers and automotive businesses. The team have continued to focus on improving service quality, but still managed to enjoy themselves, with events, pop up shops and supporting both national and local charities with fundraising activities – so news of the shortlist has come as a fantastic reward.
Head of Operations, Neil Ackinclose said: “The entire team are delighted to have made this year’s shortlist against tough competition! Everyone has worked exceptionally hard this year to ensure our continued improvement and they truly deserve this recognition of their hard work and dedication. We all have our fingers crossed for the night.”
Held at Ramside Hall Hotel on February 8, the North East Contact Centre Awards celebrates the success of one of the region’s leading industries and rewards the achievements of employees who make North East contact centres among the best in the world. The event is hosted by Make It Sunderland and delivered by She’s Gott It! Events.
