A leading managed service provider has strengthened its operations in preparation for its next growth phase, increasing capacity and specializing capabilities to enable a further streamlined client experience.

The changes have seen merging of areas of razorblue’s business which previously operated separately, a move which has seen two internal promotions and paved the way for an additional 25 jobs in the next 12 months.

CEO, Dan Kitchen said: “Our long-term growth strategy centres around putting our customers first, constantly improving our service, evolving our product offering, and employing the most skilled technical experts. The changes we have made will enable faster turnarounds for clients, improved escalation paths, a consistent approach across all areas of the business and as a result, an improved customer experience.

“This restructuring has partly been guided by client and employee recommendations, and creates a solid foundation for the exciting plans we have in place for the next three to five years.”

The company’s 2020-21 financial year saw 32 per cent growth, while in 2021-22 it exceeded this with a total of 48 per cent growth, remaining on track to hit £20million turnover in 2023.

As part of the change, the company’s Business Applications unit has merged into the core razorblue company, and the delivery focus teams have been brought together to create one strategic Delivery Business. The project management teams have merged, and Technical Architecture and Presales have formed a new Technical Solutions Directorate. Essentially, all operations have been streamlined to allow for closer, more strategic collaboration across the entire business.

Within the last year, razorblue has welcomed 60 new starters and made 32 internal promotions, taking its headcount to over 170. The company has plans to recruit over 25 additional team members in the next 12 months to support plans to continue expanding its nationwide coverage and adding more products and services to the current offering.
