Barratt Developments North East, which includes the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes’ brands, has announced several new appointments within its team, including the promotion of Finance Director, Christopher Brazell.
Chris, who joined Barratt Developments in 2019 as Finance Manager, began his career in facilities management in 2001, where he was part of the graduate intake for one of the market leaders. He has since moved on to gain extensive knowledge within both finance and the housebuilding industry. After joining Barratt Developments last year, he has seen immense success in his role, which created a natural route towards his promotion to Finance Director.
The Sales team are also kickstarting 2020 with multiple promotions, including Emily Watson who has been promoted to Sales Manager, Dawn Croft to Field Sales Manager, and Lindsey Scott as Senior Sales Advisor. The recent promotions within the Sales team will enable Barratt to continue to offer exceptional service at each of its Sales Offices across the region, as well as its Head Office in Gateshead, Newcastle.
Barratt’s Technical team has also been joining in the celebrations, with Kyle Dobson being promoted to Technical Manager, Dominick Martin who progressed to Assistant Engineer and Alex Blyth who has advanced to the role of Assistant Technical Coordinator.
Several new appointments have also been made across the Commercial department, with Nathaniel Crinson taking on the role of Chief Quantity Surveyor, Reece Dimmock who has been promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor and Luke Warnett who has reached the level of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Finally, Barratt’s Construction team are delighted to be congratulating Darren Cuming on his new role as Senior Site Manager, and Lewis Quinn who has been promoted to Site Manager.
