Newcastle based health and safety software provider, Notify Technology, has appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer.
Gareth Cram, whose track record includes senior roles at Sage and Wolters Kluwer, takes on accountability for all aspects of the company’s customer journey – covering sales, marketing and customer success functions within the tech firm’s Cobalt Business Park offices.
Duncan Davies, CEO of Notify Technology, said: “Gareth has over 20 years of leadership experience with a track record of delivering outstanding results across commercial management, product management and customer success roles for international organisations.
“His passion for driving extraordinary success for customers and colleagues, coupled with his wealth of experience in the SaaS sector, will allow Notify to continue its rapid growth and make an immediate positive impact on our people, processes and technology.”
Gareth added: “I’m excited to be joining the Notify team, supporting the business in achieving its next phase of growth. I see in Notify a significant opportunity to scale rapidly over the coming years as organisations seek to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of their workforce is front and foremost of their agenda.
“Notify is a great company with a fantastic product and a team of talented people with strong customer values and an extremely impressive and growing customer base.”
Notify’s smart, mobile-first health and safety software allows employees of any organisation to report near-misses, incidents, ill health and mental health issues in seconds via smart apps – in real-time. The data is fed into a cloud-based platform that can be managed, investigated and reported on, removing the need for manual and paper-based health and safety processes.
Duncan added: “We’re proud of the business we’ve built so far and, as we become a bigger, more mature business, I’m confident Gareth will help us focus on making the most of the many opportunities in front of us, whilst retaining our core values and remembering our global mission to make a billion people safer at work.”
