Tolent Homes has launched its first ever show homes at its inaugural development in Sedgefield, County Durham.
Officially opened by local business owners and Hardwick Granges’ first buyers, Lilly Grundy and Jakob Ho, two show homes are now open on the site that will see 100 new homes built over the next three years.
Boasting a mix of three, four and five bedroom homes, with seven different house types on offer, Hardwick Grange is the first development under the Tolent Homes brand for Gateshead-based contractor Tolent.
Situated close to the beautiful Hardwick Hall and Park, this semi-rural setting is enhanced with approximately 1200m2 of green space built into the design, supported by the development of designated park and cycle routes and forest pathways to provide a village-like feel.
Open Thursday to Monday, 10.00am to 17.00pm, the development has already sold nearly half of the homes released in phase one, with more under reservation in phase two.
Chris Price, regional director at Tolent Homes, said: “It’s really exciting that we now have our show homes open and it was only fitting to welcome our first buyers and soon-to-be first residents at Hardwick Grange, Lilly and Jakob, to officially open it for us.
“We know we’re a new name to the UK house building sector, but the teams building our new homes are certainly not! We’ve created some of the most sustainable homes in the UK, having built over 5,000 homes in the North East alone so rest assured that our homes are being built by some of the most experienced within the industry.
“We’ve created what we believe to be premium homes that are both aspirational and affordable and welcome everyone to come and visit.”
