A Northumberland based family business has expanded its reach thanks to the launch of a new online cheese shop.
Doddington Dairy in Wooler has undergone a major rebrand of its cheese, yogurt and ice cream products.
Now it’s looking to attract a national customer base by selling cheese products online.
Jackie Maxwell, who runs the dairy at North Doddington Farm with her husband Neill, said: “We have sold cheese via our website in the past, but our focus has very much been on our regional trade orders and our milk bar.
“As part of our rebrand we have completely relaunched the site and expanded our range.
“We thought now was the right time to start pushing our business forward online.”
Margaret Ann Maxwell, Jackie’s sister-in-law, is responsible for much of the farm’s cheese production. She added: “We’re so proud of our award winning cheese and the fact that it is hand made here at the farm using fresh raw milk from our cows.
“We’re excited to relaunch the cheese website as we want people outside of the region to be able to taste the Doddington magic.”
Doddington Dairy enlisted Newcastle agency Decide to help them create a revamped logo and new packaging for its dairy products.
Jackie said: “We’re delighted with the results of the rebrand and can’t wait for our customers to see what else we have in store.”
